Anita Roddick, née le 23 octobre 1942 et morte le 10 septembre 2007, était une femme d'affaires britannique, fille d'une famille d'émigrants italiens.
Anita Roddick fonde en 1976 The Body Shop dont la réputation se fonde sur des produits de beauté 100% écologiques. La société est opposée à l'expérimentation sur les animaux. Anita Roddick est pionnière dans ce domaine.
En février 2007, elle annonce qu'elle soufre d'une hépatite C qu'elle a contractée lors d'une transfusion sanguine à la naissance de sa plus jeune fille, Sam, en 1971. Elle décède le 10 septembre 2007 à 64 ans d'une hémorragie cérébrale....
