William Marrion Branham (Kentucky 6 avril 1909 - Texas 24 décembre 1965) est un pasteur américain influent au sein des églises pentecôtistes américaines, quoiqu'il refusât d'appartenir à ces organisations. Il est parfois considéré comme le fondateur du mouvement "La Pluie de l’Arrière Saison". Branham était convaincu qu'un ministre de l'Evangile doit être appelé par Dieu et apporter la Parole de Dieu par révélation. Par ceux qui l'ont reçu, il est considéré comme Elie annoncé par le prophète Malachie dans l'Ancien Testament. (Mal.4:5) William Branham est un des initiateurs du mouvement de guérison par la foi lancé en 1947. Il influença certains sous-groupes du mouvement Pentecôtiste et Charismatique, comme le mouvement La Pluie de l’Arrière Saison, Manifestation des fils de Dieu et le Royaume de la théologie actuelle.
