Noriyuki "Pat" Morita (né le 28 juin 1932, décédé le 24 novembre 2005 à Las Vegas), était un acteur américain d'origine japonaise.
Il fut nommé aux Oscar en 1984 pour son rôle de professeur de karaté (M. Miyagi) dans le film Karaté Kid. Il reste également dans les mémoires pour avoir tenu le rôle d'Arnold dans la série télévisée Happy Days. Il fit également des apparitions dans La croisière s'amuse, Magnum ou encore Alerte à Malibu.
Pat Morita, contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser, ne pratiquait pas les arts martiaux. Il travaillait en tant que technicien dans l'aéronautique avant de se lancer dans la comédie puis le cinéma.
Fils d’immigrés japonais, Morita a grandi en Californie du Nord et a passé son enfance avec un corset, atteint d’une tuberculose spinale.
