Gina Bellman (né le 10 juillet 1966) est une actrice anglaise.
Bellman est né en Nouvelle-Zélande de parents juifs d'origine russe et polonaise, qui ont émigré vers la Nouvelle-Zélande à partir de l'Angleterre dans les années 1950. Sa famille a déménagé en Angleterre quand elle avait 11 ans. Après deux épisodes à Grange Hill en 1984, elle s'est fait un nom pour sa performance dans le rôle de Dennis Potter, un rôle où elle apparaît dans plusieurs scènes.
La série a provoquée beaucoup de controverse à l'époque. Certains critiques affirmant qu'il s'agissait d'une pièce sordide et de l'exploitation de la fiction, tandis que d'autres acclamé comme une œuvre de génie de Potter. Cette publicité a été un tremplin pour sa future carrière d'actrice. Elle est également bien connu pour jouer le personnage de Jane dans la sitcom Coupling.
