Actrice et Artiste ( Néerlandaise) Famke Janssen est une actrice néerlandaise née le 5 novembre 1965 à Amsterdam (Pays-Bas).
Famke est d'origine hollandaise, mais quitte son pays natal pour aller faire une carrière de mannequinat en Europe. Elle décide de quitter l'Europe en 1984 et part aux USA. Elle entre d'abord à l'Université de Columbia pour étudier l'art et la littérature sous la tutelle d'Harold Guskin. Elle part tenter sa chance et trouve un petit rôle dans le film Fathers and Sons. Mais c'est en 1995 qu'elle est vraiment reconnue, grâce à GoldenEye, un James Bond, aux côtés de Pierce Brosnan. Elle y joue le rôle de Xenia Onatopp....
