Stacy Ann Ferguson, alias Fergie, est née le 27 mars 1975 à Hacienda Heights en Californie. Ses parents, Terri et Pat, l'encourageaient, elle et sa petite soeur Dana, à faire une carrière dans le show-business. Stacy a commencé sa carrière d'actrice en doublant la voie de Sally dans "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show" en 1983 dans deux hors-série: "It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown" (1984) et "Snoopy's Getting Married, Charlie Brown" (1985). En 1984, elle fait dans une publicité pour les "Rice Krispies" ainsi que dans le pilote de l'émission télévisée "Kids Incorporated".
