Actrice et Artiste ( Américaine) Nicole Elizabeth Eggert (née le 13 janvier 1972) est une actrice américaine qui est surtout connue pour son rôle comme Summer Quinn dans le feuilleton télévisé Baywatch.
Née à Glendale, en Californie, de Rolf Eggert, d'origine allemande, et Gina Duncan Todd, d'origine anglaise, elle a commencé très tôt les concours de beauté, puisqu'à cinq ans, elle était déjà Miss Univers dans la série de son âge. Elle fut engagée dans une pub de shampoing pour bébés de Johnson & Johnson.
En 1981, elle joua un rôle, à huit ans, donc, dans Rich and Famous, aux côtés de Jacqueline Bisset et de Candice Bergen. Depuis, elle apparaît régulièrement sur les écrans. Elle apparaît aussi dans diverses couvertures.
Depuis 2000, elle a épousé Justin Herwick. Le couple a une fille, Dilyn, née en 1998....
