Actrice et Artiste ( Américaine) Catherine Lisa Bell est une actrice américaine née le 14 août 1968 à Londres. Elle était la star feminine de la série JAG.
Bell est la fille d'un père anglais d'origine écossaise et d'une mère iranienne. Lorsque ses parents ont divorcé alors qu'elle avait trois ans, elle est partie avec sa mère s'installer à Los Angeles. Elle a été naturalisée américaine à l'age de douze ans. Étant enfant, elle a joué dans de nombreuses publicité . Elle a fréquenté la fameuse université de Los Angeles (UCLA) dans le but de faire de la biologie ou de devenir medecin mais elle a abandonné ses études pour devenir mannequin.
Dans sa première apparition au cinéma, elle était la doublure d'Isabella Rossellini dans "La mort vous va si bien" (1992). En 2003, elle a joué un rôle secondaire dans "Bruce tout puissant"....
