Amanda Tapping est née à Rochford, en Angleterre, le 28 Août 19??. Quand elle avait 3 ans ses parents ont démenégé à Toronto ou elle a grandi. Amanda a trois frères,deux aînés et un jumeau.
Au lycée elle à gagné deux prix (le "Dramatic Arts Award" et le "Environmental Science Award") Elle est diplômée de l'université de Windsor School of Dramatic Arts. En sortant de cette école, elle s'était promise de ne jamais faire de télévision pour ne faire que du théâtre.
Mais finalement elle avait decidé de tourner des publicités, pour arrondir ses fins de mois et ce qui lui permettra de financer l'existence de la troupe de théâtre Random Acts qu'elle co-fonda avec 2 autres femmes.
Elle ait été bercée toute son enfance par "La Petite Maison Dans La Prairie" et avec sa mère elle regardait "Coronation Street", un jour elle éspère d'obtenir un petit rôle dans la série. Elle aime faire d...
