Animateur ( Australien) Né le 22 février 1962Décédé le 04 septembre 2006 (à l'âge de 44 ans) Stephen Robert "Steve" Irwin (22 février 1962 - 4 septembre 2006) était un animateur de télévision australien et le propriétaire du zoo de Queensland. Il était connu à travers le monde pour son rôle de chasseur de crocodiles dans son émission The Crocodile Hunter. Il était marié avec Terri Irwin et était père. En 2004, il avait déclenché en scandale en nourissant un crocodile en tenant son bébé dans ses bras.
Né de Lyn et de Bob Irwin à Essendon, une banlieue de Melbourne, Victoria, Irwin déménage avec ses parents pendant son enfance à Queensland, en 1970. Bob Irwin était un passionné des reptiles et quand la famille déménage, Bob et Lyn Irwin lancent le Parc Queensland Reptile and Fauna, ou Steeve a grandit entouré de crocodiles et de reptiles.
