George Jung (né le 6 août 1942 à Boston) est un trafiquant de drogue et acteur majeur dans l'importation de cocaïne aux États-Unis dans les années 1970-1980. Il appartenait au Cartel de Medellín. Sa vie a été rapportée dans le film Blow.
George Jung commence comme revendeur de marijuana dans les années 1960 avec son ami "Tuna" en important plusieurs centaines de kilos du Mexique, par avion de Puerto Vallarta à Palm Springs en Californie. Son trafic lui rapporte alors jusqu'à 100 000 $ par mois et il emploie des pilotes professionnels. Il est arrêté à Chicago avec plus de 300 kg de marijuana.
Condamné à 26 mois de prison, il rencontre un colombien, Carlos Lehder, arrêté pour vol de voiture. George Jung prend ainsi contact avec le cartel colombien.
