Brian Molko, né le 10 décembre 1972, est un chanteur et guitariste américain, membre du groupe de rock Placebo.
Né d'un père américain d'origine franco-italienne, et d'une mère écossaise, Brian Molko voit le jour le 10 décembre 1972 à Bruxelles, en Belgique. Il a la nationalité britannique et américaine. Cadet d'une famille de deux garçons, il suit son père, banquier évoluant dans le domaine des finances internationales. C'est ainsi qu'il réside durant les trois premières années de sa vie au Liban puis au Libéria, avant d’emménager définitivement au Luxembourg, terre où les grandes entreprises américaines envoient leurs meilleurs employés. C'est grâce à cette enfance passée au Grand-Duché qu'il est devenu parfaitement francophone.
