Shannen Maria Doherty, née à Memphis, dans le Tennessee (États-Unis), le 12 avril 1971), parfois surnommée Shando, est une actrice américaine, surtout connue pour ses rôles dans les séries télévisées Beverly Hills 90210 et Charmed.
Sa famille déménage pour Los Angeles lorsqu'elle a 7 ans et elle commence à auditionner pour différents rôles.
Elle est connue pour son mauvais caractère et sa difficulté à travailler sereinement avec la production et les autres acteurs. Elle a d'ailleurs été condamnée, le 12 septembre 1997, à suivre un stage de gestion de l'agressivité par le tribunal municipal de Beverly Hills après une dispute à la suite de laquelle elle avait défoncé le pare-brise d'une voiture dont le propriétaire quittait les lieux pour échapper à sa colère.
