David Suchet est un acteur britannique, né le 2 mai 1946 à Londres.
Il est connu pour avoir joué le rôle d'Hercule Poirot dans la série télévisée du même nom. Avant d'interpréter Hercule Poirot, David Suchet a lu tous les livres d'Agatha Christie le concernant pour ressembler le plus possible à son personnage. Il est allé jusqu'à savoir qu'Hercule Poirot met 3 cuillères de sucre dans son café et 2 dans son thé !
