Herbert Buckingham Khaury, plus connu sous son nom de scène Tiny Tim (12 avril 1932 - 30 novembre 1996) était un chanteur américain et un joueur de ukulélé. Il est surtout connu pour sa reprise de la chanson populaire américaine Tiptoe Through the Tulips chantée en falsetto, malgré le fait que nombre de ses autres enregistrements prouvaient qu'il possédait une gamme vocale bien plus large. Il possédait un savoir encyclopédique de la chanson populaire, essentiellement américaine.
