Paul Gleason est un acteur américain né le 4 mai 1944 à Jersey City, New Jersey (États-Unis). Il est mort à l'hôpital d'un cancer du poumon le 27 mai 2006.
Après avoir suivi les cours de l'Actor's Studio au cours des années 1960, il effectue une carrière partagée entre le cinéma et la télévision où il tient le plus souvent des seconds rôles.
