Avi Cohen, né le 14 novembre 1956 au Caire (Égypte), et mort le 28 décembre 2010[1], est un footballeur israélien, qui évoluait au poste de défenseur à Liverpool et en équipe d'Israël.
Cohen a marqué trois buts lors de ses cinquante-deux sélections avec l'équipe d'Israël entre 1976 et 1988. Il meurt le 28 décembre 2010 à l'âge de 54 ans des suites d'un accident de moto.
