Sergueï Vladimirovitch Mikhalkov est un poète et écrivain russe né le 27 février du calendrier julien/12 mars 1913 à Moscou (Russie) et décédé le 27 août 2009[1].
Il est l'auteur des paroles de l'hymne de l'Union soviétique ainsi que du nouvel hymne national de la Russie.
Ses fils, Nikita Mikhalkov et Andrei Konchalovsky, sont des réalisateurs connus.
