Anthony LaPaglia est un acteur et producteur de cinéma australien né le 31 janvier 1959 à Adélaïde (Australie).
Il est le frère de Jonathan LaPaglia qui a endossé le rôle du chrononaute dans Sept jours pour agir (7 Days). Jonathan a également joué Brent Langer dans NCIS: Enquêtes spéciales. Marié en septembre 1998 à l'actrice australienne Gia Carides, il a une fille Bridget née en janvier 2003.
L'acteur est surtout connu pour le rôle du personnage de Jack Malone, qu'il endosse depuis 2002, dans la série américaine FBI : portés disparus.
